This Privacy Policy describes how Infinite Idea Machine, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Taste website at buildwithtaste.com, the Taste macOS application, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

1.3 Information Derived from Your Content
When you capture or upload screenshots, we use AI-based processing (including third-party AI models) to extract structured design attributes such as colors, typography, spacing, and layout patterns (“Design Tokens”). These tokens, along with a synthesized taste profile, are stored as part of your account data.
2. AI Model Training
We do not use your screenshots, samples, design ratings, or other User Content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. When we process your screenshots to extract Design Tokens, we use third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) under API terms that prohibit the use of your data for model training.
